What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer pick up services for customers living around Junction Mall and West Hills Mall. They can pick up their orders at their convenience by calling our contact numbers at least 24 hours before pick up.

Do You Ship Outside Accra?

Our delivery service is currently restricted to Accra and Tema. Kindly contact us for delivery arrangements outside of Accra.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders placed get dispatched three (3) to five (5) business days from the day of order. Business days are from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that pick-ups can be done on non-business days. That’s Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can pay cash on delivery or make payment via MTN mobile money using the number 0557955887. For orders to be collected at the shop, cash payment can be made upon collection of items. Note that only Ghana Cedi (GHS) is accepted for the payment of goods purchased.

How do I place an Order?

•Find the product you want to buy.
•Click on buy now and the product gets added to your cart.
•Register/log into your account by entering your email and password.
•Provide your billing and shipping information.
•Select your preferred payment option.
•Confirm your order and complete your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. This will be followed by a call if further details are required from you. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or change your order if you have not yet received an email that your order has been shipped. If your order is already shipped, you will not be able to cancel it

How Do I Track My Order?

Yes, you can do this by entering your tracking number on our website by clicking on the “track your order” link.

What do I do if I can't find the book or items I want from the website?

Kindly complete the request form on the link "your request", on the home page. Provide us with details of your request and we will get in touch with you and make arrangements to get you the requested item(s). Please note that the requested item should be in the range of products we sell. That's books, bibles, stationery, party items, toys and games.
